Grief Awareness Training

Group in Meeting

Grief is present in every workplace and community — through bereavement, illness, divorce, estrangement, caregiving, and life-changing loss.

Grief Awareness Training is designed for workplaces, teams, and organizations navigating grief, loss, or emotionally impacted environments.

These sessions help organizations better understand grief and respond with compassion, clarity, and confidence.

They provide practical tools for communication and support, while also creating space to reflect on how loss impacts people in real-life environments.

The goal is not to fix grief, but to build the skills to respond to it with humanity, respect, and care.

Our Framework

Every Grief Awareness Training workshop is built around three simple foundations:

Recognize the many ways grief can affect people, both personally and professionally.

Respond with compassion, confidence, and practical support rather than uncertainty or avoidance.

Walk Alongside people over time, recognizing that grief doesn't end after the funeral and meaningful support often continues long after others have returned to everyday life.

Recognize • Respond • Walk Alongside
