Grief Support & Resources
Finding the support that is right for you matters.
The Good Grief Companion is one source of grief education and support, but it does not need to be the only one. There are many organizations, programs, and resources available to support people who are grieving, those walking alongside them, and families and communities navigating loss.
This page brings together a selection of trusted resources from Manitoba, across Canada, and beyond. Whether you are looking for grief education, specialized support, resources for children and youth, or simply another place to turn, I hope something here helps you find your next step.
A small note:
The organizations and resources listed below are independent of The Good Grief Companion. Their inclusion is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute an endorsement of every service or resource they may offer.
